How to activate Susano

Everything you need to activate Susano on FiveM — from the key in your inbox to your first session, plus a troubleshooting checklist if anything gets in the way.

Before you start

• Your Susano licence key — it is on your order confirmation page and in your email.
• A Susano account — you can create one during activation.
• FiveM installed on your PC.

Activate your key

1. After payment, your key appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you.
2. Sign in at susano.re, or create an account first.
3. Open Settings in your dashboard.
4. Choose Use a key at the bottom of the page and enter your key.

First launch

Once the key is redeemed, download and run the software from your Susano account, then launch FiveM. Open the menu and set everything up the way you like before you play.

Troubleshooting

• Can't find your key? It is on the order confirmation page and in the email we send the moment payment clears — check your spam and promotions folders too. If you have an account, it is also under your orders.
• Key won't activate? Re-enter it exactly as shown, with no leading or trailing spaces, and make sure you are activating the right product.
• Redeemed but nothing there? Make sure you are signed in to the same Susano account you redeemed the key on, then refresh the page.
• Software won't start or the menu won't open? Run it as administrator, and close overlays like Discord, GeForce Experience or MSI Afterburner that can block injection.
• Windows Defender or antivirus flags it? Loaders for tools like this are commonly false-flagged. Allow it or add an exclusion, and only ever download it from the official Susano page — never a reupload.
