This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. In it, “you” and “your” mean the customer using whitemodz.com, and “whitemodz”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the team that runs the store. Where the context allows, words in the singular include the plural and the other way round.
All sales are final
License keys and other digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, so every sale is final. We do not give refunds except in specific circumstances, and a refund is granted only when a member of our management team approves it. You accept this when you complete a purchase.
We stand behind our own products and services. Even so, we may refuse a refund, a replacement or any other remedy where we consider it necessary.
No refunds on these purchases
- Items bought on sale or at a discount, and gift cards.
- “Accidental” purchases — please check the products in your cart carefully before you pay.
Device compatibility
Some product pages state which devices a product works with. We may decline a refund or a replacement because of device incompatibility, in particular when the product description sets out those requirements.
Game accounts
If you record a video from the moment you receive a Rockstar account you have bought, we can replace the account should there be any problem with it.
Cryptocurrency payments
- If you send cryptocurrency to a wallet or address that does not belong to us, we cannot complete your order, and we will not provide a replacement, a refund or any other remedy.
- If you send more or less than your order requires, the amount you sent may be lost. If we can trace the transaction in our wallet's transaction history, you are entitled to a refund of up to 80% of the amount you sent, less any applicable fees.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we play no part in these transfers and cannot take responsibility for them. Please double-check both the wallet address and the amount, so that we can verify your payment and complete your order without delay.
What you may not do, and what we don't control
You may not alter the price or the amount you paid, or tamper with the website, our products, our files or anything else that belongs to us. We are not responsible for matters outside our control, such as payment details you share with others, our sponsors or partners, or competitors' products.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — most problems can be solved directly. A chargeback opened without a valid reason, in an attempt to get a refund through the payment system, will be contested, and you will be permanently barred from buying from our store and from taking part in our community server. Please think carefully before taking that step.
