These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of whitemodz.com (the “Site”) and to every purchase made through it. Our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
The Site and the products and services offered on it are provided by the whitemodz team. “whitemodz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that team together with its affiliates, successors, assignees and brands. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits or uses the Site, with or without an account.
By using the Site you accept these Terms and the laws and regulations that apply to it, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of the place where you live. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Site. The material on the Site is protected by copyright and trademark law.
1. What we offer
whitemodz is an online reseller of third-party license keys that we source ourselves. Our services include, without being limited to, promoting and delivering digital keys and other digital goods for video games, both single-player and online multiplayer.
Under these Terms, we provide these services to visitors of the Site, to buyers and sellers registered on the Site, and to anyone else who has opened an account.
We do not recommend, encourage or condone the use of mod menus in online play in any way. Online use is expressly prohibited by the terms of service of game publishers such as Rockstar Games. Some license keys may include features that work online; if you use them online, you do so entirely at your own risk.
2. Using the Site
As long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Site and our services, solely in the ways their features allow. We keep every right that these Terms do not expressly grant, and we may withdraw this permission at any time, for any reason or for none.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to these Terms
We may change, update, suspend or end these Terms at any time and without notice. Changes are published on this page, and we may also tell you about them by email. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms last changed. If you keep using the Site after that date — through an account or simply by browsing — you accept the changed Terms.
5. Payments
Depending on what the payment page offers for your order, you can pay by card, which is processed by Stripe, with PayPal, or with cryptocurrency sent to the wallet address shown on the payment page. You authorise us to charge the amounts due for your order to the payment method you choose. Card and PayPal payments are also subject to the provider's own fees, terms and privacy policy, which you should review from time to time. We are not responsible for errors, fees or currency conversion charges applied by a payment provider, a wallet or a blockchain network.
You must give us valid and current billing information. If a payment is charged back, or if we do not receive a payment from your card or account for any reason, you agree to pay everything you owe us promptly once we ask. If we are unable to process a payment, you still owe it.
If you have a question about an order, you can contact us at any time. We will do our best to answer it and to resolve the matter together with you.
6. Orders and delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, we release the digital key or digital goods to you. Card payments are confirmed automatically, so delivery normally takes only a few minutes. PayPal payments are delivered once they have been matched to your order, and cryptocurrency payments once we have verified the transaction.
After your purchase you receive your key automatically by email, so please check your spam or junk folder too. Redeem the key on the purchase page of the software provider's official website, then refresh that page.
A product may occasionally be listed incorrectly, for example because of a typing or system error. We may refuse or cancel any order for an incorrectly listed product. If you have already been charged, we will cancel the order and refund or credit your payment account with the amount of the incorrect price.
We make reasonable commercial efforts to keep prices and descriptions accurate, complete and up to date, but we cannot guarantee them. Digital keys and digital goods may be discontinued, and their specifications, availability, eligibility, compatibility, prices and features may change at any time, without notice and without liability on our part.
7. Support
If you have a question or a complaint about the Site or our services, contact us through the live chat on the Site, on our Discord server, or by email at info@whitemodz.com. We make commercially reasonable efforts to reply as quickly as possible. Please give us the full details of your request, including your order number where relevant, so that we can identify the issue.

8. Licenses
Your license. If you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use our services and any digital keys and digital goods you have purchased, as applicable. You may not resell, commercialise, copy, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise exploit our digital keys or digital goods, in whole or in part. No right under any patent, trademark, copyright or trade secret is granted to you, expressly or by implication, and you may not — directly or indirectly — own, use, lend, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, create derivative works from, display, distribute, perform or otherwise exploit any downloaded digital content, in whole or in part.
Content you send us. You grant whitemodz a worldwide, unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license, which we may sublicense and assign, to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from (such as translations or adaptations), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content you upload, create or send to us through the Site or our services — including posts, audio files, messages, chats, uploaded files, data you enter and emails.
